Returns Policy

For cancellation information, please refer to our Cancellation Policy in our Terms.

We do not currently accept returns of coloring pages or coloring cards orders. Downloadable files also can not be returned or refunded after download.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@hijinxcoloring.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
